Creating a common goal for NN Investment Partners 🚀🌕

The challenge was to create an ambitious, inspiring and common goal with - and for - a team working on the adaptive investment product of Nationale Nederlanden Investment Partners. Why? To create strong, aligned and future proof team members + to increase engagement internally and externally.

How did we approach it? We started off with scoping sessions to get a broad understanding of what the team does, how they create value and where they want to go. During the second phase of the project we consolidated all input, validated various insights and created an ecosystem of the clients. The third and final phase of the project was about the creation of the strategic narrative for the team, the shared future vision, ways of collaborating and entrepreneurial practices.
